3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the wbet platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balance or pending withdrawals therein.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account and must update this information promptly should it change. wbet accepts no liability for losses arising from Account issues caused by inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
3.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. 4.4 wbet may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification steps before processing withdrawals or account changes as a security measure. These steps are for your protection and must be completed within the timeframes notified by wbet.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. wbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at wbet's discretion.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the wbet platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in MYR via local payment methods.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via eWallet or local bank transfer are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes. wbet is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's financial institution or payment provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The Platform targets a processing time of 15–30 minutes following approval of a completed withdrawal request, subject to KYC verification being current. wbet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing withdrawal funds.
5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be initiated from verified Accounts that have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must complete those requirements before withdrawing the associated winnings.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. wbet operates under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may request documentation regarding the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by wbet are subject to specific terms and conditions. Where a promotion carries its own terms, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms and, in the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. wbet reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with any promotional offer.
6.4 A Player may only claim a new member welcome bonus once. Subsequent claims by the same individual via multiple Accounts will be treated as a breach of the One Account Policy under Section 3.2.
6.5 wbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect entitlements already accrued by a Player under a promotion's stated terms.
7.1 All casino games, live dealer tables, and slots available on wbet are operated under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live studio environments, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by wbet personnel.
7.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on wbet's server, the server result shall be deemed definitive.
7.3 Sportsbook bets are governed by wbet's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately. By placing any bet on the wbet sportsbook, you agree to those rules.
7.4 wbet reserves the right to void any bet, game round, or transaction where a technical fault, human error, or other irregularity has materially affected the outcome. Players will be notified and funds refunded to Account balance in such cases.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wbet platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balance:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes only. 10.1 The wbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While wbet takes all reasonable steps to ensure a reliable, secure, and fair gaming environment, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical issues.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wbet's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 wbet accepts no liability for losses arising from: (a) network or internet failures beyond our control; (b) delays or errors caused by the Player's device, browser, or internet connection; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party service failures.

13.2 Upon termination for cause, wbet reserves the right to void any outstanding bonuses and, where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, to forfeit the Account balance. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
13.3 A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting wbet support. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the ordinary course.
14.1 wbet may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. 14.2 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, or transaction, the Player must notify wbet support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated or remedied.
15.3 wbet will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably. Where no resolution can be reached through direct communication, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under wbet's regulatory framework.
